You can prepay parking for the valet, making things easy and not stressful. The staff is warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and smell fantastic. It is right across from the Garden—great restaurant in the hotel with all sorts of options. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Unexpected gem! Was in town for a game at TD Garden and was overjoyed the walk was so short I didn’t need to take my coat. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the rate and very clean. The young man at check-in was so pleasant, David in the restaurant was amazing and the bartender Monique was top notch! Highly highly recommend!

From the time I arrived service was on point! Had help with my bags, front desk made me feel so welcomed, room was comfortable and clean! This morning I went down for my complimentary breakfast and the bartender Higgins was beyond personable, provided exceptional service and was able to bring in conversation together with other guests! We laughed and talked about life and where we were all from and gave us recommendations of where to go in Downtown Boston! I highly recommend this hotel and make sure you stop in to see Higgins and restaurant staff at the bar!

The water pressure was iffy and you couldn’t fill up the bathtub (it only has a shower option). There was no microwave in the room. The room service via the bar downstairs was great food but they didn’t respond quickly or at all (especially during lunch). That said…the staff was amazing all the way around.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and they provided great options to help with outside noise. The location is perfect and easy walking distance to so many places. The restaurant on sight is great and such personable staff!

Third stay in this location and cannot say enough great things about it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk employees are helpful and cheerful. Blake’s was a great place to grab a drink and chill AND to grab post-TD Garden event eats. Its location across the street from the Garden makes it a must stay for events there.
